Can parents participate in Summer Sessions Surf Camp? Yes!! we love it when parents come and get into surfing. Although the camp is just for the kids we also have the group adult lesson every day when the kids go to lunch and after camp. Most the parents in the past have come and just sat on the beach watching, but this year we are trying to get them more involved in the water and surfing. One of the things we have noticed about parents who surf with their kids is how much closer they are due to having an activity they can share. When you enroll your child in Surf Camp you are entitled to participate as well. Adult wetsuits and surfboards can be rented at our local shops. Live Water Surf Shop, Stinson Beach Surf and Kayak in Stinson Beach as well as Bobo Surf in Bolinas and Prooflab in Mill Valley Where and when will the shuttle leave? Do to limited space and seat belts, the shuttle is limited to six children. It is $5 dollars a day, and we will meet in the parking lot of Prooflab located at Tam Junction in Mill Valley. The shuttle will leave Tam junction at 10:00 and arrive back between 5:00 and 5:15 allowing time for a safe drive over the hill. Are there other options for transportation? The West Marin Stagecoach is available for children 12 and older, and it is met in Stinson by one of our instructors. The children are then returned to the Stagecoach by one of the instructors at the end of the day. Permission slips to ride the Stagecoach are required If we are in Stinson what time does Surf Camp start? Surf Camp Starts at 10:30 and runs till 4:30. We are located at the far north end of the State Park just before the houses start. (please do not drive down the private streets) How much does Surf Camp cost? Surf camp prices are as follows $400 per week $100 daily $60 1/2 day The Shuttle from Mill Valley is $25 for the week?
